Filter was shipped very quickly and was very easy to replace. This is the first time that I needed to replace the filter so I wasn't sure what I was getting into. It was very quick and easy.

This is a very expensive item for what you get, and it certainly doesn't last as long as they say it does. The taste of your water coming through this filter is great for the first month or so, but then the quality drops noticeably quick.
I think the price of this item is unfairly high, but once you buy a refrigerator that needs them, you're stuck. You either buy the filter or put up with nasty tasting water from your refrigerator spigot.
A good rule of thumb, if you're buying one filter, better buy two, because you'll need a new one quicker than you think.
