Product Description Barnes Reloading Manual Number 4, an all-new reloading manual from Barnes Bullets, will be available in 2008. Full color illustrations appear throughout the manual, which has a distinctive embossed and debossed cover.
More than 200,000 rounds were fired in testing the new loads. Extensive loading data provided in the new manual covers the full range of Barnes Triple-Shock X Bullets (TSX) and Maximum-Range X (MRX) hunting bullets now available. Loading data is also offered for the new Barnes Banded Solids for dangerous big game, as well as for the recently introduced Varmint Grenade a highly frangible varmint bullet developed from military technology.
The new manual features loading data for many recently introduced cartridges, including Winchester s Short and Super-Short Magnums, .338 Federal and the .375 Ruger. It also contains data for bigbore dangerous game cartridges like the .470 and .500 Nitro Express, .505 Gibbs and .577 Nitro. Extreme-range accuracy loads for Barnes .50 BMG bullets are listed for Very High Power shooters.
New load data is also offered for Barnes greatly expanded selection of XPB pistol bullets, including those designed for .460 and .500 S&W revolvers. Recommended loads for Barnes Expander MZ, as well as the long-range Spit-Fire MZ and TMZ muzzleloader bullets appear in a special section.
Customer accounts of Barnes Bullets performance in the hunting field are included. As a bonus, noted gun writers like Craig Boddington, Sam Fadala and Brian Pearce share their expertise in feature articles.

Good all purpose warm weather work glove May 4, 2008 Corey R. Centerwall (NY) 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
As this has no insulation it is obviously not intended for extended winter use. It does have a little cushioning in it but not enough to get excited about. I know this sounds lack luster so far but I have used these gloves for two or three weeks with no complaints. They seem to be sturdy, durable, and fit as well as a leather glove of this type should be expected to. If you're looking for something that is going to fit you like a second skin, this isn't the type of work glove you need to be looking at. If you're looking a good all pupose glove then these will do. (UPDATE) I have had and used these gloves almost daily for months now and they have held together while doing everything from chopping/stacking wood to carrying stone to simply raking and shoveling. I stand by my original recomendation, for the price you're getting a great pair of gloves.
better than junk, but I was expecting Dewalt December 10, 2008 A. Schuetz (Arlington, VA) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I'm doing lots of renovating of my house, and along with the full complement of DeWalt 18V tools (which I love), I am also an aggressive user of work gloves. After going through a half dozen pair of gloves from home depot, I thought it was time to buy "the good stuff". Well, these lasted about as long as the rest. One day of doing demolition, and there's a big hole in the fingertip. Which I might have expected from home depot, but it made me sad because these gloves matched my tools, look "manly" and... didn't hold up. I'll buy them again when they are cheap, but I'm sure glad the company makes better tools than gloves!
Rugged, Loose Fit. May 17, 2008 David M. Johnson (Pleasant Hill, CA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This seem to be well built, rugged work gloves. They do not fit as snugly as some work gloves as the leather is not as supple as it could be.
Wife of an electrician January 7, 2008 C. Komperda (Brunswick Hills, Ohio) 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
My husband was very happy to receive these gloves. As an Electrician it is important to have gloves that do not take away the dexterity needed to perform his job. I bought him two pair, with different features both DeWalt and he likes them both, in order to have "the right tool for the job" you need more than one pair. I hear that quote all the time so I was happy to get him the right tool. Only reason it's not rated higher, is because he has not been able to wear them much yet.
Great work gloves January 18, 2008 Kelly King (New York, NY) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Excellent, well constructed work gloves. They run a little small but I'm sure with use, the leather will stretch to fit.
