Well, at first look this think is awesome. The retractor worked perfect. But then we hooked up the water and it started spewing water like the titanic. At first look it appears the very inexpensive couplings were the problem. The threads are not aligned properly. Then it just blows off and starts shooting water everywhere.
And of course the company has no customer service phone number only an email to the sales dept.

I used to get so frustrated with my old manual hose reel. This self-retracting one is almost perfect!!! Easily retracts with a little tug -- and then you just walk it back! Only issue is that it's a little tricky to get it to stay out where you want it to (it starts to retract unless you get it just right). BUT IT'S SOOOO WORTH IT!!

A great looking hose reel,( recieved 2 of the 7500 model today read the instructions and installed same only to see water spraying out at the brass coupling on one...the other hose reel male end just came right off the hose.....I have not seen such a cheap hose brass end in a very long time..I will go to the local home depot to get a first class brass male end and this should cure the problem,its less pain then sending back the 2 reels.......very disapointed in the hose quality...Richard E Cervi CEO/ Emergency Response Systems
