Good Performance, Great Bounce. February 24, 2008 Steve Guardala (Land Of The Dying Gaul!!!) 32 out of 33 found this review helpful
I bought this for my cousins sons birthday. He is a proud student of the beautiful game. He can easily handle & control it better than the adult size regulation ball. It is made of high quality materials & was easy to inflate. After four months, he & his aspiring teamates have used it almost daily & it is still in fine condition. The bright colors have also made it easier to use for night practices.
Sticky and poorly stitched July 8, 2008 Michael T. Burr (Minnesota, USA) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
This ball seemed pretty good at first. It has a classic design that resembles higher-priced balls. But compared to several other moderately priced soccer balls, like the Adidas F50, Teamgeist II and even cheaper balls from Brine and Wilson, this is a poor ball. First, the cover is very sticky, which makes it difficult to dribble. It's discouraging for younger players who are just learning footwork, because the ball sticks instead of sliding or rolling. Kids end up tripping on it more than they would a different ball. Second, the stitching came loose in one section after only a couple of months of light use. Maybe it was just this ball, but if it's an indication of the overall quality of this model's construction, buyers shouldn't expect to get more than a season out of it--at best. I wouldn't buy this ball again. However, I have another model Diadora (Cobra) and it's excellent.
very cool colors September 10, 2007 L. Besecke (Hinsdale, IL) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Just the right size for the little soccer players and we loved being about to pick out just the right color for the team. Very easy to inflate upon arrival!
a great youth soccer ball December 27, 2007 Joseph Bartolotta (lake mary, fl United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I purchased this ball for my 3 year old, he seems to be able to handle/control this ball much better than a full size regulation ball. The ball appears to be made of quality materials and was easy to inflate and has kept its shape for a few weeks now without the need to re-inflate. I would buy this ball again.
Great ball April 9, 2008 T. Stoller (Oklahoma City, OK) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Arrivted quickly as usual, so no problems there. It even came with some basic instructions on how to make sure the ball gains its correct shape when pumping it up. I've used a lot of soccer balls over the years, and it is as good as any I have played with; good touch and control. Plus, I think it looks awesome in red. The price is also great considering I'm sure it will last at least a few years of consistent use.
