To find out your glove size, measure (in inches with a measuring tape) all the way around the knuckle area of your palm (exclude thumb). This is my second pair of these gloves. They fit like a second skin and really support my hands - which is necessary since I've had two surgeries. Much to my dismay, my daughter wore out the finger tips of my first pair working in the garden scooping up rocks!!
