Used it for Thanksgiving meal for sweet potatoes in oven..worked even better than we expected! It's so nice to have one dish you can use in the oven to fix and then place directly on the table w/ trivet..excellent!! Nice presentation without the work and fuss of cleaning extra pans,etc. AND it kept the food hot much longer.
