I now have six of these and use them in my bakery for our deep-dish quiches. They hold up great in a commercial dishwasher, and a little pan spray is all it takes to pop a whole quiche out flawlessly each time - hot or cold. I previously purchased another brand's nonstick version, but the coating started to chip off pretty early. Not even worth going that route. These are great.

Most quiche pans are very shallow and I needed one that was deeper. This is the only one I could find. I would have preferred a removable bottom but otherwise it performed as I wanted it to.
