Very flavorful and spicey. If your not a fan of spicey foods then DON'T bother. This is for the true 'asian-american' noodle experiance.

The buyer should be aware that MSG is on the label. Since the
label does not distinguish between the noodles and the packet,
it is not clear whether the packet contains it all.
It is also high in palm oil, and I would guess that this
is the noodles. If I had been aware of these
features (there was no contents information) I would not have
purchased it.

When only the ingredients in the bag are used, this noodle can be very spicy. However, when veggies are added, such as, onions, green onions, egg, and even beef/other meats, it can get mild. There are a lot of Korean noodles, but Shin Ramyun is one of my favorites! If you don't enjoy spicy food (or msg - some mentioned it), then don't bother. I have to say that the price is the lowest here. I purchased a box of Shin Ramyun for $14.00 with 20BAGS, and I've been to other markets which charge way too much.

Great product. Comes with noodles, spice packet, and vegetable packet. These noodles are spicy as other reviewers have mentioned. You can decrease the hotness by only adding a little of the spice packet. I didn't care for the vegetable packet, but that is a personal choice. These cook up nicely in the microwave in about 3 minutes, comparable to other store bought ramen noodles. ENJOY! :)
