I wake up every day with Carnation Instant Breakfast Mix and have done so for more than twenty years. I started drinking it in high school and continued through my college years on in to middle aged life. It is quick and easy and most importantly it fills me up before I head to the shower and start my day. I highly recommend Breakfast Mix.

The Carnation Instant Breakfast is a great tasting product that will surely give you an extra boost in the morning. Honestly, there isn't really much more to say than that... However, it's not the most filling thing you could have to eat in the morning, but it is definitely something you might want to consider if you think not eating breakfast in the morning is a good idea.
