Delicious! I love this product for when I'm in the go and can't eat a meal. It is packed with vitamins and curbs my appetitie for about 4 hours.

I love this stuff. I drink it with lactose free milk and it is so yummy. It does have some caffeine in it. Carnation publishes all the info on their website.

However, it took Amazon 7 days to even ship the product to arrive in another 7 days after that. I'll check with my local grocer to see if they can special order a case next time. It's been almost two weeks since I placed the order and it's still floating around the US postal system. The package is actually further away from me now then the point of origin!!!

Since I was a kid, my favorite Instant Breakfast flavor was the Chocolate Malt. The only place where I ever found Chocolate Malt was in the variety packs. No supermarket over the last 20 years that I ever shopped at stocked Instant Breakfast Chocolate Malt by itself in the packets or the canister. Finally, Amazon has the 10-packet box of Chocolate Malt in stock! This is a great quick-fix breakfast. I sometimes use it in addition to my regular breakfast on days that I'm going to be extra active. Good stuff.
