Fantastic source December 16, 2008 C. Brown (Nashville, TN USA) It made civil procedure so much more manageable. I highly recommend it to any first-year law student.
Great December 27, 2008 Claudia Goulet Really good study help. Pretty much like a condensed textbook with a bunch of examples.
Make Civ Pro Make Sense to You December 31, 2008 Yon S. Sohn (Reno, NV, USA) Civ Pro is unlike any other first-year course and can take some getting used to. Let Glannon get you there. His examples takes a rule and dissect and apply to all possible hypothetical situations. My only wish is that he covers EVERY rule, but that would make this book in to multi-volume series we 1Ls cannot afford.
