For each of our 3 kids, Pampers were far and away their best fit as infants. Huggies and Luvs didn't work nearly as well until they got into about size 3 diapers or so. Both hospitals where my wife delivered our babies use Pampers for the newborns. I strongly recommend Pampers diapers for little babies -- in our experience they're the best fit and the best protection against leaks, blowouts, diaper rash, etc.

I like this product. The baby feels uncomfortable only when the diaper is soiled. I didn't have any problem when my baby has wet diapers.
I always checked the weight of the diaper to determine if it's wet. It's difficult to determine just by looking at it.

The cost for diapers at our local discount bullseye store is equal to what you can get it for at Amazon. BUT, if you were smart and subscribed to the Prime Shipping plan Amazon offers, then you realize that time is money. You save on sales tax and shipping so technically it is less expensive. and the best part, I saved a trip to the store, finding a parking spot, the chance of them not having it on stock, and crowded lines. It is quite convenient to have it delivered to your door! Some call it lazy, I call it good time management! Plus if you are in the pampers "gifts to grow" program, the stickers are in this box as well.

I have now tried Huggies newborn and Pampers newborn swaddlers for my 4 week old son, and found that the Pampers are far superior. They feel soft and snug, are easy to put on, and they *never* leak on my son! This is in comparison to Huggies, which leak from nearly every diaper, leading to a huge pile up in laundry and a very cranky baby. I will never buy Huggies again!
